Jenny has been working in tech since 2017, with a career spanning growth, product, strategy and operations. Her recent work has focused on the AI data pipeline, specifically the challenge of scaling RLHF and fine-tuning while maintaining a high bar for responsible, ethical practices.
Having contributed to industry standards like the Partnership on AI’s transparency guidelines, Jenny is an expert at building functional frameworks in a fast-moving, unregulated space. She believes in growing the industry without cutting corners, and she brings that same focus on integrity and operational “grip” to the foundations of AIWI.
